Celebrating our Trustees at Wyre Forest Night Stop

7th November 2019

Denise and Suzanne, trustees at Wyre Forest Night Stop, talk about what motivates them in their work with the charity

Trustees Week - 4th to 8th November 2019

Trustee Week is an annual event, drawing attention to the great work of charity trustees and encouraging others from all walks of life to join in and make a difference. Trustees play a vital role in making important decisions within charities, volunteering their time and skills to support community organisations.

Our Chair, Denise (pictured left), and new Trustee, Suzanne (pictured below left), spoke about why they are trustees with Wyre Forest Night Stop and Mediation Scheme.

Denise said, "I got involved because it's an amazing project. I've seen it grow and grow and do amazing work with young people. I'm passionate about Night Stop".

Welcome to Suzanne!

Suzanne joined the Board of Trustees in September 2019 and explained why she had volunteered as a trustee.

She said, "I want to make a difference in my local area. Wyre Forest Night Stop is doing incredible things to support young people".

We all want to say a huge "thank you" to Denise, Suzanne and all of our trustees. They're vital to the work that we do, making a huge difference to the lives of young people in the local community.
